Description: ‧͙⁺˚*･༓☾ [pls open for commentary + social/filming info!!] *:･ﾟ✧*:･ﾟ✧ i’ll try and keep this short! though i only took 2 classes during my 2018 autumn semester, it honestly felt more straineous because it felt like i was doing the same thing everyday over and over (instead of if i had numerous courses). i became super paranoid about amplifying the quality of each assignment because i knew i had more free time than most people. this was so stressful. having less classes has its ups and downs, my friends. in this vlog, i finish up my anthropology assignment, which ended up being longer than my entire final capstone/thesis project from last academic year (if some of you remember, that was a book in itself). 10k??? anthropology can be miserable at times when it makes you confront a lot of things that we’ve lost, sacrificed for the advances we made. it was definitely a difficult course in terms of confronting reality instead of dwelling in fiction—which is what i’m usually used to. nevertheless, i learnt a lot! in hindsight, i don’t regret taking it despite my endless dramatic complaints. as of currently, this summer has been paralysing. luckily, i have an opportunity that will hopefully pull through if i take enough responsibility to apply for it. fingers crossed! how are you? what are you up to? any books you’ve read? films? i watched pirates of the caribbean for the first time (!! I KNOW) last night. i fell asleep halfway though because i was exhausted, but i’m continuing it before i sleep.
